1. About DOLE X E-CSHP

Issuance of Letter of Approval/Disapproval of Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) Application thru e-CSHP Online System.

The DOLE Department Order No. 198, series of 2018 requires every construction project to have a suitable Construction Safety and Health Program, which is in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law and other related issuances by the Department. CSHP is a set of detailed rules to cover the processes, practices and personnel responsible that shall be utilized in a specific construction project site.

3. Processing of CSHP Application

All CSHP applications, both simplified and comprehensive classifications, will be reviewed by CSHP Focal Person in Provincial Field Office

3.1. Simplified Project

3.1.1. Provincial CSHP Focal

Provincial CSHP Focal is the person in charge for providing initial assessment of CSHP applications where the project location is conducted

3.1.1.1. Login to e-CSHP Online System

Access the website here : https://e-cshp.dole10.net/

3.1.1.2. Access CSHP Applications

Click on the Applications navigation tab located at the top corner of the page

3.1.1.3. Select an application to review

Select an application by clicking View button beside the application data

3.1.1.4. Conduct initial assessment

Conduct assessment of the application by checking the details and uploaded attachment of applicant

Evaluator may provide status of each uploaded document by marking the document (Approve/Denied/Lacking)

Evaluator can also provide details of the evaluation by submitting a comment on the text field

3.1.1.5. Update status of application upon evaluation

Applications marked as Reviewed by Focal will proceed to Provincial Head for approval

3.1.2. Provincial Head

Provincial Head is the person in charge for providing final approval of simplified CSHP applications
